Who are you?
My name is Laura Nowak and I am an ambitious and motivated young woman with the intention to get the best out of every situation for you and me. I am flexible, creative and my enthusiasm in all its facetts is limitless. I have many ideas as well as I am highly organized. To be on a team and work together is really important to me.
What is your goal?
Starting every work day with a smile on my face and leave work with the knowledge that I have moved something. On average we spend half of our day at our workplace, we live to live and we work because we have to. Therefore, we have to do something that reflects our passion.

Your educational background?
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Marketing at Webber International University in Florida. The interdisciplinary nature of the course allowed me to deepen my understanding of communication, especially in marketing. This combination is a very good basis to jointly embark on a successful path. I was able to deepen and expand my knowledge during my last internship with TALBOT RUNHOF in Munich.

What is your greatest STRENGTH?
ENDURANCE
During my internship at TALBOT RUNHOF I have continued to study full-time at Webber International University. Therefore, every day for me was 'over-hour' and I was able to expand my limits and learned that hard work excels. In order to achieve something in live and to succeed it is important to overcome challenges and learn from every experience.

Do you like to work in a TEAM?
I love to work in a Team and be connected with other people. Due to my experience in various sport teams such as Tennis, Volleyball and being a student at an International University I learned how important it is to value good team work. The keys are "communication", "respect", "responsibility" and "servant leadership". I have learned to work together with people from different backgrounds, cultures and countries and together we have overcome boundaries in order to suceed as a team.

What are the areas of your interest and what do you do in your free time?
SPORT (TENNIS, SKI ALPIN, VOLLEYBALL, GOLF)
I learned to play Tennis the same day I started taking my first steps. Since that day I have played for various teams in Germany on a national level and worked as an Instructor. My biggest achievement was being able to go to University in the US due to my Athletic Scholarship. Sport is one of my biggest passions and is a perfect opportunity to network and learn various tasks such as: discipline, to never give up, leadership, sportsmanship, fighting spirit and learning from failure.
TRAVEL
Being able to meet new people and visit different places has always been a personal enrichment for me. This is one of the main reasons why I went to a University in a foreign country such as the US.
FASHION & LIFESTYLE
Fashion has always been a topic I could relate to and that has ever since been another passion of mine. Due to my last internship with the designer duo Talbot Runhof I was able to deepen my knowledge in this area and combine my passion with an interesting job.
